Find Your Perfect Cap Size

Finding the correct cap size is quick and only takes a minute. All you need is a soft measuring tape.

1. Place the measuring tape at the centre of your hairline on your forehead.
2. Wrap the tape around your head, keeping it level as it passes just above your ears.
3. Continue around the back of your head, ensuring the tape sits over the fullest part of your occipital bone (the bump at the back of your head), before returning to your starting point at your hairline.
4. The measurement where the tape meets is your head circumference. Measure in inches and avoid pulling the tape too tightly—it should sit comfortably against your head without squeezing.

Our adjustable cap sizes are designed to fit head circumferences between 21” and 24”, which comfortably accommodates approximately 95% of our customers.

Every GG is also fitted with discreet adjustable straps, allowing you to tighten or loosen the cap for a secure personalised fit.
