Role Overview
GG is seeking a wig wig customisers to support our quarterly restocks. This role is ideal for experienced customisers who can consistently deliver high quality work within set timeframes.
Strong performance during restocks may lead to ongoing work, commission based opportunities, or
permanent employment within GG.
Pay & Payment Structure
- ÂŁ175 per day
- Payment is made after the restock period
- Payment is issued only for approved units that meet GG quality and standard requirements
Work Schedule
Core restock months are January, April, July, and November. Additional work may be offered outside these
months for high performing team members. There is clear potential for permanent or semi permanent
employment based on consistency, quality, and attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Customise GG wigs to brand standard
- Create clean, natural hairlines without overplucking or creating bald spots
- Maintain consistent density, balance, and parting accuracy
- Work efficiently while preserving hair integrity
- Follow GG quality control and customisation guidelines
- Accept feedback and complete refinements where required
Required Skills & Experience
- Ability to customise wigs independently without supervision
- Strong understanding of hairlines, density, and structure
- Ability to customise within 30 minutes per wig
- Experience working with closures (frontals are a plus but not required)
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Professional attitude and openness to training and correction
Opportunities for Growth
High performing customisers may be offered ongoing work, permanent roles within GG, commission on GG
wigs sold, and opportunities to work with GG clients under the GG brand at higher price points. There are also pathways into senior roles such as Lead Stylist, Customisation Supervisor, Client Experience roles, and
recruitment or team leadership positions.
