The final details are yours to create. Knot bleaching, hairline plucking, cutting and styling are left in your hands, with £160 deducted from the price when you enter UNCUSTOM at checkout.
The colour and construction are taken care of. The finishing appointment is yours.
Your Uncustomised GG arrives made and coloured, without bleached knots, a plucked hairline, a cut or curls. It’s for the woman who wants to create her look herself, without spending hours processing the colour first.
Scan the GG Academy QR code included in your parcel for guidance as you bleach, pluck, cut and style your GG.

Order amendments may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, including changes to length, lace size, cap size, colour, customisation, or products.
After 24 hours, your GG enters production and no further changes can be made. Any amendment requests beyond this point will result in the order being cancelled and refunded where eligible.
This policy ensures production remains on schedule, protects delivery timelines, and guarantees the highest standard of craftsmanship for every GG.
All Custom Made GG units are made to order. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production before dispatch.
Week 1
Your order is reviewed and your hair is selected.
Week 2
Your HD closure is hand ventilated.
Week 3
Ventilation is completed and quality checked.
Week 4
Your GG is hand constructed then sent to our GG workshop.
Week 5
Your GG arrives at our UK workshop, is washed and custom coloured.
Week 6-8
Your GG is customised, including bleaching, cutting and styling.Final quality checks are completed , packaging and dispatch

Colour Disclaimer
Every effort has been made to accurately represent each GG. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings across devices.
Texture Disclaimer
Units shown with a Body Wave finish are made from straight hair and temporarily styled with barrel curls. This look is not permanent and can be recreated using your complimentary GG styling tutorials.
Length Disclaimer
Styling affects the visible length of your GG. Curled hair can appear up to 4 inches shorter than its straight length. For example, for a 26-inch curled look, we recommend selecting 28–30 inches.
