In this class, you’ll learn how to create layers with precision, not guesswork.

No more aimlessly cutting the hair hoping for layers. I’ll teach you how to layer with clear technique, how much hair to actually cut off, exactly where to start cutting from, and how to cut in the correct direction to create balanced, symmetrical layers throughout the wig or hairline.

Can I Pay in Installments?

Yes, you can choose to pay with ClearPay if you prefer installments. However, please note — your class cannot be booked or scheduled until your ClearPay payments are fully completed.

What Happens After I Purchase the Class?

Once you purchase the class, you’ll be contacted directly by the class conductor, GG. I’ll walk you through the next steps, including booking your preferred class date.

If you’re travelling from abroad, I can also assist with recommendations for nearby hotels or accommodation to make your trip as smooth as possible.

How Long is the Class?

Everyone comes into the class at a different experience level , some have worked with wigs before, and some are complete beginners. From my experience, most people grasp the techniques and leave feeling genuinely confident and happy with their results in around 3 to 4 hours.
That being said, I’m not here to rush you. If it takes you longer, that’s absolutely fine. The focus is on making sure you fully understand the techniques not watching the clock. Take your time, ask questions, and make sure you leave confident in your skills.

To ensure every GG is created and delivered efficiently with the highest level of quality, all customers must carefully review their order before completing checkout.
Once an order is placed, you have up to 24 hours to request a change or amendment. This includes:

• Length changes

• Lace size changes

• Cap size changes

• Colour changes

• Customisation requests

• Adding or removing bundles or products

After the 24-hour period, your order will have already entered the production cycle. At this stage ,no alterations or changes can be accepted under any circumstances. Requests to modify the order will result in automatic order cancellation and refund (where eligible)

This policy is in place to ensure:

• No production delays

• Fairness to customers who order after you

• That vendors and stylists can work on schedule

• Accurate timelines and the best possible GG quality

All orders placed on the website are subject to an 8 week processing window PRIOR to shipment (processing time =time used to make your unit).

Shipping:

1. Changes to your order: Once your order is SHIPPED we cannot modify it. This means, we cannot change the delivery address, shipping method or item(s) within the order.
2. Verify your shipping address: Please verify your shipping address is correct prior to completing check out. We do not replace or refund orders that are unable to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
3. Lost, stolen or missing packages: Once your order is shipped, we no longer have control over the delivery. If you believe your package is lost, stolen or missing we recommend opening a claim with the shipping courier.
4. Refunds: We do not issue refunds to orders that are scanned "Delivered". If your tracking is showing your package was delivered but you have not received it, we suggest contacting your local post office and opening a claim.
5. Tracking numbers: Tracking numbers can be found within your shipping confirmation email which is sent to the email address used to place the order. Tracking numbers may take up to 48 hours to validate.

Returns policy

All GG wigs are made to order and customised to our signature standard following purchase.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, personalised and bespoke items are exempt from the 14 day cancellation period.

Due to the bespoke nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Wigs cannot be returned if:

The lace has been cut
The wig has been worn, styled, or altered
The hygiene tag has been removed

We recommend reviewing all product details carefully before purchasing.
By placing this order, you acknowledge that your GG is made to order and is non refundable unless faulty.

GG wigs are designed to fit comfortably and securely for the majority of women.

We offer adjustable cap sizes that typically fit 95% of customers, suitable for head circumferences between 21” and 23”.

To measure your head:

Using a soft measuring tape, wrap it around your head starting at your hairline, behind your ears, and around the nape of your neck. This measurement will give you your head circumference.

All GG wigs include adjustable straps to allow for a more secure and customised fit.

If you fall outside of this size range or are unsure, we recommend contacting our team before purchasing to ensure the best fit.

Customised GG

A Customised GG is fully prepared and ready to wear. This means the unit has gone through our in house GG customisation process by our trained stylists.

A customised GG includes:

Knots bleached
Hairline customised
Layering or cutting where applicable
Styling such as curls, waves, or straightened and polished finish

Every customised GG is designed to arrive with the majority of the work already done for you.

Uncustomised GG

An Uncustomised GG is completely untouched and comes exactly as it arrives from our supplier.

This means knots are not bleached ,hairline is not plucked or customised-No cutting, layering, or styling whatsoever.

An uncustomised GG is ideal for customers who

Prefer to customise the wig themselves
Have a personal stylist
Want full control over the final look
Are looking for a lower price point

Because no customisation has been carried out, an uncustomised GG will require preparation before wear.

How is the wig glueless?Each GG wig is designed with a secure adjustable band built into the lace and cap.

When the band is tightened at the back of the head, it creates gentle tension that pulls the lace flat against your skin. This allows the wig to sit securely and naturally without the need for glueless.

Can I still use glue if I want to?

In short ,yes! GG wigs are designed to be worn glueless for convenience and security. However, if you prefer to use adhesive for a more laid finish, you can do so.

The glueless design simply gives you the option to wear your wig without glue.

Does the hair hold a curl?

Yes.

GG wigs are made from high quality human hair, which holds curls beautifully when styled correctly. Curl retention depends on your technique and the products you use.
