CUSTOMISATION CLASS
You’ll learn how to correctly bleach knots, customise a hairline, create a middle or side part and add realistic details including widow’s peaks and low growth hairlines.
You’ll also learn how to create the flat, polished base needed before styling.
CCC: CUSTOMISATION, CUT AND CURLS CLASS
The complete GG experience.
You’ll learn everything included in the Customisation Class before moving into cutting and styling. Learn how to create layers and our Hollywood inspired, voluminous curls.
WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR GG CLASS
Your class has been designed so that you can arrive with nothing but yourself. Every product, tool and training material required during the session will be provided for you at the GG Hub.
YOUR WIG:
Each class includes a 24” customised GG wig.
You can choose to customise :
- Middle part
- Side part
Closure size
- 7×7 — ideal for a spacious, natural-looking part with plenty of styling room
- 8×7 — recommended for a more frontal-like finish, offering almost the same styling space as a frontal without the additional two inches of ear tabs on either side
ONE WIG OR TWO?
You can choose to complete the class using one wig or two wigs.
One Wig: Recommended if you want to focus on one technique in detail.If you are choosing one wig, we recommend learning a side part first, as side-part customisation requires more precision and is generally more advanced than a middle part.
Two Wigs: Recommended if you want to study customisation in greater depth.This option gives you the opportunity to understand the differences between both finishes and practise the techniques required for each.
TOOLS & PRODUCTS PROVIDED
You do not need to bring any tools or products with you.
For bleaching and customisation, you will have access to:
- Bleach
- Developer
- Mixing bowl
- Tweezers
For cutting, you will have access to:
- Professional cutting shears
- Measuring tape
For curling and finishing, you will have access to:
- Curling wand
- Pins
All tools and products required to complete the class will be set up and ready for you on arrival.
WHAT YOU TAKE HOME
At the end of your class, you will leave with:
- Your customised 24” GG wig(s)
- Your tweezers
All other professional tools and products are provided for use during the class and remain at the GG Hub.
You do not need to purchase or prepare anything beforehand. Simply arrive ready to learn.
Every class is taught around your individual ability. You do not need to be a hairstylist or have previous wig experience to attend.
Most sessions take approximately 3–4 hours, but the class is not designed to rush you. You’ll have time to practise each technique, ask questions and fully understand the process before moving forward.
By the end of your session, the aim is for you to leave with more than a finished wig — you should understand how and why each step works, giving you the confidence to recreate the finish again for yourself or your clients.
After purchasing, you’ll be contacted directly to arrange your class date. If you’re travelling to attend, assistance with nearby accommodation recommendations can also be provided.
