How to measure your cap size

Finding the correct cap size is quick and only takes a minute. All you need is a soft measuring tape.

Place the measuring tape at the centre of your hairline on your forehead.
Wrap the tape around your head, keeping it level as it passes just above your ears.
Continue around the back of your head, ensuring the tape sits over the fullest part of your occipital bone (the bump at the back of your head), before returning to your starting point at your hairline.
The measurement where the tape meets is your head circumference. Measure in inches and avoid pulling the tape too tightly—it should sit comfortably against your head without squeezing.

Our adjustable cap sizes are designed to fit head circumferences between 21” and 24”, which comfortably accommodates approximately 95% of our customers.

Every GG is also fitted with discreet adjustable straps, allowing you to tighten or loosen the cap for a secure personalised fit.

- Every coloured and classic GG is donor is sourced from the mountain regions of Vietnam and left completely unprocessed before colour.

- Each bundle and closure used comes from one woman’s head (two if dual donor CLASSIC GG only) donor.

- For construction, 2 bundles are used for bobs, 3 bundles are used for 16’’-22’, 4 bundles are used for 24”–26” and 5 bundles are used for 28”–32”.

- Every GG is fully coloured, customised ,cut and curls — or a straight blunt finish.

- Once finished, she is carefully set and preserved in her oversized GG box, ready to wear.

Order amendments may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, including changes to length, lace size, cap size, colour, customisation, or products.

After 24 hours, your GG enters production and no further changes can be made. Any amendment requests beyond this point will result in the order being cancelled and refunded where eligible.

This policy ensures production remains on schedule, protects delivery timelines, and guarantees the highest standard of craftsmanship for every GG.

All Custom Made GG units are made to order. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production before dispatch.

Week 1
Your order is reviewed and your hair is selected.

Week 2
Your HD closure is hand ventilated.

Week 3
Ventilation is completed and quality checked.

Week 4
Your GG is hand constructed then sent to our GG workshop.

Week 5
Your GG arrives at our UK workshop, is washed and custom coloured.

Week 6-8
Your GG is customised, including bleaching, cutting and styling.Final quality checks are completed , packaging and dispatch

Every effort has been made to accurately represent each GG. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings across devices.

Texture Disclaimer

Units shown with a Body Wave finish are made from straight hair and temporarily styled with barrel curls. This look is not permanent and can be recreated using your complimentary GG styling tutorials.

Length Disclaimer

Styling affects the visible length of your GG. Curled hair can appear up to 4 inches shorter than its straight length. For example, for a 26-inch curled look, we recommend selecting 28–30 inches.
