Order amendments may be requested within 24 hours of purchase, including changes to length, lace size, cap size, colour, customisation, or products.

After 24 hours, your GG enters production and no further changes can be made. Any amendment requests beyond this point will result in the order being cancelled and refunded where eligible.

This policy ensures production remains on schedule, protects delivery timelines, and guarantees the highest standard of craftsmanship for every GG.

All Custom Made GG units are made to order. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production before dispatch.

Colour Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to accurately represent each GG. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screen settings across devices.

Texture Disclaimer

Units shown with a Body Wave finish are made from straight hair and temporarily styled with barrel curls. This look is not permanent and can be recreated using your complimentary GG styling tutorials.

Length Disclaimer

Styling affects the visible length of your GG. Curled hair can appear up to 4 inches shorter than its straight length. For example, for a 26-inch curled look, we recommend selecting 28–30 inches.
